Al, President Emeritus of CAM International, serves in representation of the mission, missionary and Bible conferences, teaching, writing and on the board of the Rio Grande Bible Institute (RGBI). A recent move to Newton, Kansas (right across the street from daughter Bobbie and son-in-law Steve) finds Al, Gladie and Brendy getting settled. Al's non-local ministry now begins at the airport in Wichita instead of Dallas Fort Worth.

They have two married daughters and Brenda who lives with them and works at CAM.

Prayer Needs:

  • Healing in His will for Gladie (stage 4 lung cancer). April 25 will be her 5th chemo treatment followed by testing and decisions to be made.
  • Al with his full preaching schedule and the preparation for it; his hospital visitation opportunities to encourage sick, hurting people many of whom do not have a relationship with God through Christ.
  • Spanish speakers who are students of the Bible correspondence courses under Source of Light. Many are prisoners. Some have become believers and want to live the new life in Christ. Several will be released in the month of May and are asking for prayer that they will stand firm in their new found faith and be a testimony of His grace and not succumb to the temptations of their former life style.
  • Lenita, Brendy’s special friend, who was seriously injured in an automobile accident (not her fault). God spared her life but her rehabilitation will take months.
  • For the salvation of a young adult man who has a strong believing family, but he has never made a decision for Christ. David, through his parents encouragement, agreed to hear this older man (Al) preach. David is showing interest.
  • Two of our grandsons will be marrying this summer. Please join in praying that Gladie will be able to take the trips from Kansas to Nebraska (June) and Colorado (August) for these very special family events.
