Troy Cooper: Youth Minister

Troy came to Castleview in August of 2000 as the interim Youth Director. He became the full time Youth Minister in June, 2001. Prior to serving at Castleview, he taught Bible and Science for 3 years at Heritage Christian School. Troy grew up in Indianapolis as a member of Castleview. He graduated from Heritage Christian School in 1993 and attended Liberty University (Lynchburg, VA) where he received a degree in Biology. He then went on to receive a Masters degree in Biology from Purdue University in Indianapolis. It was at Liberty, however, that he met his wife Rachel. Rachel grew up on the mission field in Japan and is an independent interpreter and translator. She loves being a homemaker and being with the Castleview students. Troy and Rachel are happily married with a little girl named Mayah and sons Malachi and Isaiah. They are excited about serving the Lord through youth ministry at Castleview.

Erica Dick: Girls' Discipleship Director

Erica climbed on board the Castleview youth staff in August of 2005 as the Girls' Discipleship director. Prior to serving at Castleview, Erica attended Huntington College (now Huntington University) in Huntington, Indiana, and graduated with a degree in Film Studies/Communications. She also worked as a summer intern for Bridgeway Community Church as the Junior High ministry director. It was at Castleview that she met her fiancé, Ryan, and they married in May 2006. Ryan is attending Anderson University for a degree in Music Business. Both Ryan and Erica enjoy discipling and working with the student worship team and look forward to whatever God has planned for the youth here at Castleview.
