Meet our Elders
Andrew Jones
Andrew Jones has been a member at Castleview since 2016. He is a local high school teacher and enjoys using his teaching gifts at Castleview as well. He is married to Cassie, and they have four children. Andrew desires his life to be characterized by a passion to know Jesus and make and mature disciples of all peoples.
Dave Lohse
Dave and his wife Brenda, along with their 2 young children, moved to Indy in 1979 to serve at Castleview. For 10 years Dave served as Director of Christian Education. For the following 10 years, Dave worked as a mechanic doing auto maintenance and repair. In 1999 Dave returned to Castleview to serve as Pastor of Pastoral Care until his retirement in 2016.
Andy McNeilly
Andy and his wife Cid were married in 1979 and have been members of Castleview since 1987. Andy graduated with a Master of Architecture from the University of Illinois and works as an architect in educational facility design. Andy and Cid have three grown sons, Christian, Peter, and Alex. He desires to serve God by serving the body of Christ at Castleview by discipling, teaching, caring, and prayer.
Tristan Lengacher
Tristan and his wife Katrina joined Castleview Church in 2012. In the past, Tristan has faithfully served Castleview as a deacon and teacher of several Sunday School classes. He and Katrina have two children and live in Noblesville.
Nathan Lugbill
Prior to Castleview, Nathan served as a pastoral assistant at Capitol Hill Baptist Church in Washington D.C. Nathan studied at Indiana Wesleyan University (B.A) and The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary (M.Div.). Starting in 2012 Nathan served as Castleview’s Pastor of Family Life and Discipleship before becoming the Senior Pastor in 2017. Nathan and his wife, Jess, have 5 kids.
Gus Pritchard
Prior to Castleview, Gus served as the senior pastor of Emmanuel Baptist Church in Johannesburg, South Africa. Before that, Gus served as a pastoral assistant at Capitol Hill Baptist Church in Washington, D.C. Gus holds a commerce degree from the University of Cape Town (BBusSci.); and received his theological degree from Cape Town Baptist Seminary (MTh). He desires to faithfully proclaim the Gospel such that sinners are converted and Christ's people are further equipped to labour well in the Lord. Together with his wife, Kate, he has three children.
Kelly Wright
Kelly studied at The Master’s College (B.A.) and The Master’s Seminary (M.Div., Th.M.). Kelly previously served on pastoral staff at Grace Community Church in Los Angeles and was an adjunct professor at The Master’s College. Kelly and his wife, Vanessa, have been married since 2008 and have three children.
